Custard Apple

Custard Apple (Annona reticulata) is a tropical to subtropical fruit tree prized for its round to heart-shaped fruits with creamy, sweet, custard-like pulp inside a thin, reticulated (net-like) skin. It grows best in full sun with well-drained soil and regular watering, and benefits from pruning to improve air flow and fruit quality. The delicious fruits are eaten fresh or used in smoothies and desserts—while seeds should never be consumed, as they are toxic.
